The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sea and the city, and the location was convenient next to a park and a hill.

Perfect beds, bath excellent, view from the balcony super. Expensive parking. Breakfast is excellent.

Besides, the location was absolutely perfect and incredible for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Fenals Beach. The restaurant was very nice for the breakfast, we ordered amazing dishes. All of the staff were incredibly attentive and outstandingly accommodating.

The room was spotless and reasonably large, including a double sink and a toothbrush. the location was particularly good, close to the shore. - the interior design was lovely. - I truly enjoyed the main bar.

Hotel is nicely located in a big park with the pool to relax or you use the nice spa. Nice beaches not too far away by car when you want to to hide away from LLdM. Big clean, rooms. Nice atmosphere in the hotel.

Had a super nice time during my summer break! the place was spotless, had a charming layout, and the staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant 😊.

As a family with young children we found the hotel to be comfortable, clean and have the facilities to suit both adults and children. Out door pool maintained to a good standard. Breakfast being included, there was a good selection from the buffet and cooked menu. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic pool area and restaurant

My stay here was fantastic; the rooms were bright, and I enjoyed the extra breakfast and having a balcony during my holiday.

Gardens around the hotel are nice. Swimming pool should be bigger. Bars and restaurants were nice too (design and equipment).

I didn't expect in 5***** hotel so bad bathroom (blots & falling paint - I have nice picture of it)! We went to the bar for a cup of coffee and after half hour when I came back to my room I found that my room was wide open. I didin't find anybody there but when I told about that at the reception receptionist didn't do anything to check what happend. My wife ordered duck for the dinner and she got rare meat. Waiter told her that meat is rare because otherwise it would be too hard to eat. Finally I had to teach manager how to use bank cards with chip build in. Receptionist who didn't want to or didn't know how to use it asked me to go to the bank and bring them money in cash. Is it standard service in 5 star hotels? I dont think so!

The units are compact, newly remodelled with beds for everybody, balcony, for example.
